Easy Nail art for Short Nails-Black and white

Hi all,
Posting after a long time...seriously life becomes so busy that you just don't get time for yourself.
This time i tried a very simple and easy nail art which is best suitable for short as well as long nails too.

Follow the steps:
Apply a thick white band on the tip of the nail.

Draw some lines using a thin brush as shown below.I have used black you can experiment with other colors too.
Now allow it to dry completely and layer it with the top coat. This will smoothen any ridges and will give a shiny look to your nail art.

Geometric nail art Tutorial

Hi All,
Today i have a tutorial for you...inspired by geometric shapes with different shades of colors(red, pink, blue and green). I feel this design to be very easy and can be experimented with contrast color choices.

Step 1:

Choose one of the colors and draw a diagonal line starting from middle of tip and extend it to the bottom. Fill in the space as shown.

Step 2

Take other color and draw a line in opposite direction and fill it.

Step 3

Take other color and draw a horizontal line  the two joints and fill it.

Step 4

Fill the empty space with the color of your choice.

Step 5

Now break the colors by drawing lines in between the colors using brush and black nail polish.

Now allow it to dry completely and layer it with a top coat. This will smooth-en any ridges and will give a shiny look to your nail art.
I am not any professional nail art artist but i learn it by myself and love to share it with you guys.
I hope the tutorial was helpful and do share your nail art guys.
Bolte hai na sharing nahi sikha kya!!!

Hi all,
Today i tried an anklet my other passion which is newly developed. Anklets is no long in fashion nowadays but still when u see an anklet u wish to have one. So here it goes.

You just need
-Thread (color as u wish)
-Beads(i used crystal beads)

Add a single bead in the thread and tie knots so that it does not move and is fixed. Add three beads in a row.

Tie a knot in between three beads and add five beads across  it as shown below.

Continue this depending on the beads you need in the anklet.

My Weekend Party!!!

Its party time the coming weekend and if you ask me what's the occasion den I would just have one answer to say....."Parties are not always thrown for any Occasion".
I believe party is the best way to spend some quality time with yours friends, relatives and colleagues. And when it comes to organizing it, the first think that comes to my mind is the "Cuisine".
This time I m inviting my college friends and they are totally mad about food or I must say food lovers!! Hence a tough task from my side to decide a menu which is tasty, delicious as well as quick to prepare.
But it would be a surprise to my friends as i m not gonna serve any Thai, Italian or Chinese food. Its a pure Indian food which is totally unexpected from me. Seriously speaking I am not good at Indian food but when I came across Kitchens of India "Authentic Indian Cuisine" I thought Indian food can be made easy.
I picked up some of the ready to cook products from Kitchens of India "Paneer Darbari, Dal Bhukhara and Mirch ka Salan".

And how can I forget the desert and yes its my favourite "Moong Dal Halva"

When I told my mom about the menu she was like are u sure u can do it but I said absolutely sure as the ready to eat product won't be difficult and these are totally 100% natural with no preservatives hence totally no worries.
So my menu is decided but what about the music I feel it should suite with the cuisine hence decided to go for some Sufi kind of music, Ahh no other music can make my party complete. I hope with all these options my party planning is complete. Eagerly waiting for the party, and want my friends get mad about the food.

Note: This post is an entry to a  Kitchens of India contest
